Room Rental Options

As you prepare for your upcoming event, securing a venue to create the perfect look and feel of your special day is imperative. KlubHaus61 offers several room rental options that ensure an elegant and comfortable atmosphere for you and your guests. Please see the below options for independent pricing.

Full Facility Rental is $1,800 Monday through Friday, and $2,000 Saturday and Sunday.

The Alpine Room

The Alpine Room is our largest room at 2,660 square feet. It will seat approximately 240 people theatre style or 196 using 8 top round tables. Some special features in this room include a presentation screen and sound system. The Alpine room can be rented in combination with the adjoining Black Forest room. The cost to rent this room is $700 Monday through Friday, and $800 Saturday and Sunday.

The Black Forest Room

The Black Forest room is the second largest room at 2,379 square feet. It will seat 215 theatre style and 128 using 8 top round tables. The exposed rafters and panoramic view from the large windows create an elegant ambiance for your guests. The Black Forest room also has a screen for presentations and a fantastic sound system. A dance floor is also available, as well as the perfect space for a D.J. and head table. This room is $700 Monday through Friday and $800 Saturday and Sunday, and can be rented in combination with the Alpine Room.

The Edelweiss Room

Tucked away on the opposite side of KlubHaus 61 is the Edelweiss room. This room is 947 square feet and will seat 85 theatre style or 64 on 8 top round tables. Its function serves well for small meetings, rehearsal dinners, and bridal or baby showers. The charge for this private room is $200 Monday through Friday, and $300 Saturday and Sunday.

The Pfaffenweiler Room

The Pfaffenweiler room is 781 square feet and perfect for small meetings. It will seat 70 theatre style or 64 using round 8 top round tables. You can access this room from both the lobby and the Black Forest room. The cost of this room is $200 Monday through Friday, and $300 Saturday and Sunday.
